JZMarketing is looking for an energetic self-starter with an in-depth affinity of social media and community-based marketing to join the marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator will oversee a robust social media presence, develop relevant copy and content that is in-line with brand messaging of our different clients while supporting large scale marketing initiatives. As an analytical thinker and willing to continue self education be able to apply learnings from advanced metrics latest techniques into the work field.

Salary depending of experience of Afl. 2000 – 3000 per month
* Manage social marketing campaigns including daily organic and paid social posts.
* Write compelling content and strong call-to-actions that inspires and motivates response.
* Utilize strong organizational skills to develop, schedule and publish relevant content that aligns with the needs of the brand.
* Investigate strategies to stay ahead of industry standards and trends.
* Strategize and plan internal and/or external communications.
* Maintain a content calendar to execute social initiatives in line with existing marketing efforts.
* Utilize deep understanding of social metrics and best practices, to test and optimize posts, in an effort to drive impact and improve the sentiment of the brand.
* Extend support to the The rest of the team, as needed.
1. Proficient or advanced level of English
2. Shown experienced with social media in personal live and in work if experienced
3. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite ( photoshop), WordPress, Social Media, preferred.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office related software.
5. Balance the pressure of high volume productivity with outstanding quality of work.
6. Affinity with cameras, working knowledge of camera and video recording devices is a plus
7. Excellent prioritization and time-management discipline.
8. Excellent communicator and ability to apply strong storytelling techniques to drive brand awareness and engagement.
