New Marketing Assistant – Job Vacancy in Aruba

We are looking for a new team member that is able to work all around the different aspects of marketing services we offer. Able to adjust and focus in different areas to assist our 3 small companies and our clients.

You will be directly working with the company’s management, and on a regular basis, project monitoring, checking the development team, graphic design, social media, SEO content writing, and more. You will need management skills and be able to jump in and do the job yourself. We already have a pre-design layout in graphic design for social media, which will be easier as we have most PSD from all files we use regularly. We mainly focus on website design, ON-page SEO, blogging, and other all-around activities.

Marketing Expertise

  • Graphic Design experience with PSD – Medium ( not beginner or expert )
  • Content writing Experience for blogs and social media ( experience written essays, blogs and a bit savvy with words in English/ local language Papiamento )
  • Web Design experience with wordpress- also as a project manager in conversion flow, workflow, general knowledge ( experience with the work of websites, work with the team, developer, and knows the basics of hosting, word press, plugin, etc)
  • SEO Knowledge, On-page SEO ( theoretically and some basic experience with SEO)
  • WordPress assistance as webmaster. (Knows his/her way around WordPress or websites CMS, if knows code even better)
  • Advanced or medium experience with Social Media Advertising ( experience with Social media marketing or FB pixel integration, conversion, etc)
  • Advance or medium experience with Google Ads, campaign configuration, keywords research, etc.

Working Hours and job condition:

Working hours are flexible as long as there is coherence to the Goals and datelines planned on the ongoing projects. However usual working hours are from Monday to Friday 8 Am to 5 PM with one hour break.

Depending on your expertise and experience, the salary will vary from $1600 – $2500 per month, with the possibility of growing as per your work quality, responsibilities in the company, and efficiency.
